Is Rhino Shield of Northern California a Local Business?
Rhino Shield of Northern California is a family owned business. Owner Geoff Stafford is a California native, having moved to the San Francisco area in 1998. After over 25 years in the enterprise software space, working for companies such as PeopleSoft and Workday, Geoff decided to venture out into home services and founded his first company Stafford Lights in 2024. When confronted with the need to paint his own home, Geoff wanted to use the best product on the market, Rhino Shield. The problem was, there was no longer a dealer in the San Francisco Bay Area. Seeking to fill this need, Geoff decided to resurrect Rhino Shield of Northern California brand to provide a superior coating option for Bay Area residents. Geoff sincerely wants his customers to get the best paint job possible for their home or business. He believes hiring the best painters and providing the best coating on the market, Rhino Shield will do just that.

Can it be applied to any surface?
Rhino Shield is great for almost all vertical surfaces including Hardieplank®, Stucco, Brick, Coquina, and more! Rhino Shield is not meant to be used on walkable surfaces.
Can I color match to my existing color?
Yes! Rhino Shield can be tinted to any color and be applied to any healthy surface, including Hardieplank®, stucco, brick, and more.
What comes with the 25-year Warranty?
Our 25 year “No Chip, Crack, or Peel” transferrable warranty is for non prorated. If you ever see any chipping, cracking, or peeling, give us a call and we’ll take care of it.
